Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives in damaged condition or the packaging appears to have been tampered with, please:
– Refuse to accept the delivery.
– Take a video and at least 2 photos of the package.
– Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via:

Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item, subject to the following terms:
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
– Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
– Return is requested due to:
– Item damaged in transit
– Incorrect item received
– We cover shipping charges in both directions for valid return/exchange cases.
Not Eligible:
– Item is used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
– Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
– Item matches your original order with no defects.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for invalid or fraudulent claims.
Refunds
– Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned goods.

– A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email/SMS) is required.
For COD/Pay on Delivery orders paid via UPI/Credit/Debit Card:
– Only store credit will be issued, not a cash refund.
Cancellations
– Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched or shipped.
– Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
– Festival offer/sale items are non-cancellable.
– If an order is cancelled after payment:
– A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted.
– If already shipped, both side shipping charges will also apply.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 days.
Return Process

- Receive your Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and mention your RMA on the package.
- Ship it to the address provided using a trackable courier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
